Practice Description

Mr. Quallich’s professional practice includes all forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, and facilitation of disputes. He is highly adept at managing negotiations among competing parties.


As a practicing attorney and partner at a Cleveland-based law firm, Mr. Quallich has over 15 years of experience in managing difficult disputes and helping to resolve challenging conflicts. He has handled and managed complex litigation matters and mediations throughout most of the United States. He is a successful trial attorney and has handled a broad range of claims/cases, including commercial litigation, corporate disputes, environmental litigation, employment discrimination (including all forms of discrimination, civil rights matters, sexual harassment, retaliation and FMLA matters), transportation litigation, medical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, and all forms of business disputes. He practices as a private mediator and arbitrator for businesses, individuals, non-profit organizations, and various governmental entities. Mr. Quallich has achieved a preeminent rating by his professional peers and has been rated as being of the highest ethical and legal ability (AV 5.0 rating by Martindale-Hubbell).

Education / Training

Mr. Quallich has substantial experience in mediation and ADR. He has successfully completed extensive coursework and training in the field of mediation and alternative dispute resolution (over 100 hours), including advanced training as to the Ohio Uniform Mediation Act, Employment/Workplace, and Disability Mediation. He has undergone Professional Mediation training, including curriculum provided by the Ohio Supreme Court. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Cincinnati and has completed post graduate work in the field of counseling and psychology. He obtained his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from the Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. In addition to his training as a mediator, he is a trained and certified Arbitrator. He also serves as a mediator (pro bono) for the Council of Better Business Bureaus and also for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
