Beginning her career as an advocate in collective bargaining and labor management issues, she later assisted with the implementation of local court mediation programs. After spending several years in a role that involved negotiating cost-sharing agreements between state and county government partners, she has returned to a position that focuses on collective bargaining and labor relations while still being available as a mediator in civil, consumer, interpersonal, workplace, school and neighborhood/community settings.
