Background

Mollie is a dispute resolution professional with more than 20 years of experience in various settings. Beginning her career as an advocate in collective bargaining and labor management issues, she later assisted with the implementation of local court mediation programs. After spending several years in a role that involved negotiating cost-sharing agreements between state and county government partners, she has returned to a position that focuses on collective bargaining and labor relations while still being available as a mediator in civil, consumer, interpersonal, workplace, school and neighborhood/community settings.
