As a practicing civil litigation attorney for over 35 years primarily Anthony Castelli, as a personal injury attorney, has successfully negotiated for clients over 1000 cases. This has included over 100 mediations. Since completing Harvard’s Program on Negotiation Mediation of Disputes in 2016, Anthony Castelli has broadened his practices to include mediation of all disputes except family law.

He also focuses on conflict resoltion in the work place.


Anthony Castelli received a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in 1973. He worked on the streets of Cincinnati as a social worker helping abused and neglected children until he followed his dream of going to law school in 1976 at Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, receiving his JD from there in 1981. Anthony Castelli went to law school in the evenings while working as a law clerk during the day for the firm in which he eventually became a Partner. The firm disbanded in 1998 and Mr. Castelli then started his own law firm as a solo practitioner.

Anthony no longer does trial litigation. His sole focus is helping people and businesses resolve dispute fast and inexpensively and on your terms.

He is now actively mediating all manners of disputes except family law.
